Awelon is a recently refurbished detached house, sitting in its own grounds with spectacular panoramic views. The facilities and accommodation are maintained to a very high standard, offering the perfect base for your holiday in North West Wales.
Ground Floor | First Floor | Outside
Ground Floor:
Awelon has a well equipped kitchen & dining area with washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven range.
There is a large dining area affording spectacular views of the mountains and sea.
A high chair is also available if required.
There is a spacious lounge with TV, video, DVD and CD player.
French windows open out onto the garden and provide excellent views over Cardigan Bay.
There is also a large wood burning stove.
First Floor
Upstairs king size bedroom with splendid views across Cardigan Bay, and across to the mountains of Snowdonia.
There is also a twin bedded room with sea views.
A further upstairs double bedroom is situated at the rear of the house.
There is also a small downstairs bedroom that has bunk beds.
The upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, hand basin, bath and separate power shower.
There is also a ground floor shower room off the hall, and a separate WC is located near the back door of the house.
Outside
Surrounding the house are gardens with large lawn and patio area at the front and rear. There is a barbeque and garden furniture as well as the use of a Badminton net and Swingball, and plenty of room for ball games.
There is also a roof terrace with panoramic views of the coastline around Cardigan Bay and the mountains of Snowdonia.
Awelon can sleep up to a maximum of 8 + cot. The house is fully centrally heated. There is ample car parking.
Wireless Broadband is now available. As with all holiday cottages, smoking is not permitted in the house and we are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
