Awelon is a recently refurbished detached house, sitting in its own grounds with spectacular panoramic views. The facilities and accommodation are maintained to a very high standard, offering the perfect base for your holiday in North west Wales.

Ground Floor:
Awelon has a well equipped kitchen & dining area with washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven range.
There is a large dining area affording spectacular views of the mountains and sea.
A high chair is also available if required.
There is a spacious lounge with TV, video, DVD and CD player.
French windows open out onto the garden and provide excellent views over Cardigan Bay.
There is also a large wood burning stove.
First Floor
Upstairs king size bedroom with splendid views across Cardigan Bay, and across to the mountains of Snowdonia.
There is also a twin bedded room with sea views.
A further upstairs double bedroom is situated at the rear of the house.
There is also a small downstairs bedroom that has bunk beds.
The upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, hand basin, bath and separate power shower.
There is also a ground floor shower room off the hall, and a separate WC is located near the back door of the house.
Outside
Surrounding the house are gardens with large lawn and patio area at the front and rear. There is a barbeque and garden furniture as well as the use of a Badminton net and Swingball, and plenty of room for ball games.
There is also a roof terrace with panoramic views of the coastline around Cardigan Bay and the mountains of Snowdonia.
Awelon can sleep up to a maximum of 8 + cot. The house is fully centrally heated. There is ample car parking.
For parties of up to TWELVE people and 2 cots, Bodowen, the cottage just on the adjacent National Trust land, with the same views is available for rent and is managed by the the same person.
