Accommodation

Awelon is a recently refurbished detached house, sitting in its own grounds with spectacular panoramic views. The facilities and accommodation are maintained to a very high standard, offering the perfect base for your holiday in North West Wales.

Awelon has a well equipped kitchen & dining area with Aga like kitchen range and full height side by side fridge freezer.
There is a large dining area affording spectacular views of the mountains and sea.
A high chair is also available if required.

There is a spacious lounge with 40 inch flat screen Sony TV with high definition signal.
French doors open onto veranda and slate terrace with spectacular views for over 40 miles over Porth Niegwl/ Cardigan Bay and the Snowdonia Mountain range.
There is also a large wood burning stove.

The new second sitting room also has tv, video, dvd, log burning stove and large French windows overlooking the garden and Mynydd Rhiw.

New Utility/ downstairs toilet/boot room/drying room with Miele washer and separate dryer plus large sink and 16 peg hooks over large radiator for drying

There is also a twin bedded room with sea views.

The upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, hand basin, bath and separate power shower.

Surrounding the house are gardens with large lawn and patio area at the front and rear. Slate rear terrace with outdoor fireplace/barbeque and large dining table and chairs.

Awelon sleeps 10 - 12 plus 2 cots. The house is fully centrally heated. There is ample car parking.
Wireless Broadband is now available. As with all holiday cottages, smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets by arrangement.
